Terms & Conditions

Rates

  • $98 - $120 per night, based on double occupancy and area events.

  • Additional bedding: Cots are available upon request for $20 per stay, per bed. 

Reservations & Payments

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking.

  • A confirmation email will be sent once your reservation is complete, followed by a Welcome Email a few days before your arrival.

  • We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, debit cards, and cash.

Security Deposit

  • A $50 refundable security deposit is required for all stays.

  • This deposit will be refunded after check-out, provided there are no damages or policy violations.

Special Event Hosting

  • The first floor is available for private events.

  • Second-floor access is available by request only, and additional fees may apply.

  • Event rental fee: $100.

  • A rental agreement must be signed at least 24 hours before the event.

  • A $50 security deposit is required for event bookings.

  • The space must be returned to its original condition following the event. Any damages or excessive cleaning needs may result in additional charges.

  • Noise will be maintained at a respectful level, for any guest occupying the second level. 

  • Children must be attended to at all times. 

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation Window: Guests may cancel their reservation without penalty up to 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will incur a fee of  $75.

  • No-Shows: Failure to arrive without prior cancellation will result in a charge for the full stay.

  • Reservations for 2 or more rooms or special events require a 30-day cancellation notice. Cancellation made within 30 days of arrival will incur a fee of $150.

Long-Term Stays & Discounts

  • Discounts are available for stays of 4 or more nights, Military and first responders. 

  • Short-term housing rates are available, please call or email for more information.

Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in: Rooms are available at 2:00 PM. Late check-in's are acceptable. 

    • We offer a self-check-in process—instructions will be emailed before your arrival.

    • Early check-in is available upon request. 

  • Check-out: 11:00 AM

    • Late check-out (if arranged in advance) is available for $25.

Breakfast

  • A continental breakfast is available daily by 8:00 AM.

  • If you need to leave early, alternative breakfast options can be arranged.

  • Special dietary requests are accommodated with advance notice. Please note during booking or contacting management anytime during or prior to your stay. 

Pet Policy

  • Pets are allowed with prior approval from management. Restrictions apply.

Smoking Policy

  • Smoking is not permitted in or on the premises. Designated smoking area are located in the back of the property. 

Wi-Fi & Accessibility

  • Complimentary high-speed wireless internet is available. 

  • Handicap ramp is available for use in the rear of the building. 

  • First floor restroom and lodging are available.
